- learn to live in the moment - take hold of it, or more like let go and flow into it
- communication skills, changing the way I say things

- parenting/homeschooling/ teaching them about themselves and God - understanding them, how to relate, how to care for in good healthy ways, how to communicate, when to let go, when to hold on tight

Change and Goals List
To make one positive change, one new habit, or work on a new goal, every 2 weeks... that's 24 new positive changes a year in a good direction!! (Maybe sometimes I take a whole month when it's needed). Maybe some weeks I work on two, put try to give each one their own time.
